Greg and Cami O’Herren purchased The Wellington Fishers Banquet & Catering Center in May of 2015. Greg, the owner of Shamrock Builders, a local builder and developer of commercial office, self storage and residential construction, recently celebrated 50 years of business. Cami with over 30 years of sales experience, brings creative Fishers Event Space planning and food presentation to the Wellington Fishers. Always planning a party and creating menus for events is Cami’s passion. This makes them a perfect fit for managing the Wellington Fishers Banquet & Catering Center.

The Wellington Fishers is dedicated to delicious food with a beautiful presentation. Chef Paul, our executive chef, knows how to add just the right ingredients to make your meal unforgettable.
Chef Paul Jones joined The Wellington in 2016. He brought with him knowledge from 25 years at The Hyatt as well as 5 years as the executive chef at Lucas Oil. He takes great pride in creating delectable food as well as creating a great presentation. Our goal is to leave you and your Fishers Event Space guests wowed. Chef Paul can work with you to create a great experience for your event with on-site and off-site catering.
