It is determined by many factors including ballroom size, date of function, time, etc. This minimum includes all food and beverage charges, prior to service charge and sales tax. If the total food and beverage for your function ends up being less than the expected minimum, the balance to meet this minimum will be charged as a facility fee for use of the ballroom.
