The Wellington will work with you to provide adequate set-up time prior to the start time of your Ceremony and/or Reception. However, to ease the burden of the wedding day, the staff at the Wellington can provide general setup, within reason, to assist with the event preparation (guest book, table numbers, simple pre-assembled centerpiece placement etc.) Additionally, based on availability – and if needed, the venue may be able to allow additional set-up time upon approval from management.
